Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

Attaché Desk Ltd ("Attaché Desk", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website at attachedesk.ai (the "Site"). This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.

For a broader overview of how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a web browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember information about your visit — such as your session state or preferences — across pages and visits. Cookies may be:

  • Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.

  • Persistent cookies — retained on your device until they expire or you delete them.

  • First-party cookies — set by attachedesk.ai directly.

  • Third-party cookies — set by external providers whose technologies we use.

In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as tracking pixels, JavaScript tags, and local storage for comparable purposes.

2. Cookie Categories We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Site to function correctly. They enable core functions such as navigation, session management, security, and access to authenticated areas of the platform. Without them, services you have requested cannot be provided.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the operation and security of the Site.

These cookies do not require your consent.

2.2 Functional Cookies

Functional cookies remember your preferences and choices — such as your language, region, or display settings — to provide a more personalized experience. They do not track you across other websites.

Legal basis: Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

2.3 Analytical / Performance Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site — which pages are visited, how long users stay, and which features are used most often. This information, which does not directly identify individuals, is used to improve the Site and the Services.

Legal basis: Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

2.4 Marketing and Advertising Cookies

Marketing cookies track visits across websites and are used to deliver advertisements relevant to your interests and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. They may be set by us or by advertising partners.
